PRICES: $75 per night ($450 per week), double
occupancy, 3 night minimum, no extra cleaning cost.
All rates are subject to 11.4% tax. Credit cards
are not accepted. 50% deposit required to confirm a
reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to time of
arrival and is non-refundable in the event of late
